Tess, the owner, is highly knowledgable about nutrition and alternative medicine, and she has a wide array of supplements and natural products that she's carefully researched and vetted. A couple of examples: A member of my household had a case of ringworm that (even after multiple courses of harsh drugs) wouldn't go away. I asked Tess what she thought he should do, and she suggested a probiotic. Ten days later, the ringworm was gone (and hasn't returned!). Additionally, I'd been feeling down (sad and lethargic) over the winter, and I asked for her advice. She suggested I start taking vitamin D and B complex, and within a week or two, not only did I not feel sad or tired, I felt better than I had in ages!
